Employed by the Chief Commissioner for the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption to fulfil the ICAC’s objectives through its investigation and prevention functions.

IT Support Officer

Temporary Full-time for a period up to two years

Primary purpose of the position

This position provides IT Support services under instruction from the Systems and Network Support Officer. This support included IT operational tasks and the timely response, resolution and escalation of customer requests, incidents and enquiries.

The primary scope of the position will be to provide end user support for IT and Hearing Room services. It is expected that the role will also include operational support for IT infrastructure as your skills develop during the course of employment.

Selection criteria

  • Tertiary/Industry Certification.
  • Relevant experience and background in providing IT Support, dealing directly with customer issues.
  • Excellent attitude and customer service focus.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a friendly yet professional manner.
  • Good written and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and use of discretion when required.

Remuneration

Total remuneration package valued up to $85,823 pa (Salary $69,585 – $77,423 pa), incorporating employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
